Finer was founded in 1995 by Atalie Finer — one of the few women diamond dealers of her generation. For thirty years, she built the studio on a simple belief: every piece should start with a real conversation. In 2025, Atalie retired, but Finer continues on, carrying forward the same passion and quality Atalie built it on.
Finer continues to be a family owned custom jewelry studio located on Jewelers Row in Chicago. Finer Jewelry has spent the last 30 years creating beautiful custom pieces with the quality to last a lifetime. We design pieces made entirely for the person wearing them - built for everyday life, not just the moments that require one.
